AJM Biography PictureAmy Megliola, an associate of Siddall & Siddall, P.C., concentrates her practice in the areas of municipal law, condominium law, civil litigation, real estate and general estate planning. Attorney Megliola counsels municipal clients of Siddall & Siddall, P.C. with respect to tax title foreclosure matters and the subsequent disposition of municipally-owned property. Attorney Megliola has litigated numerous tax title foreclosure matters in the Massachusetts Land Court and tax title foreclosure-related matters in the District of Massachusetts Bankruptcy Court, as well as a variety of civil matters in the Hampden and Hampshire Counties District and Superior Courts.

Professional Activities

Attorney Megliola is a member of the Hampden County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and various charitable organizations. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hampden County Bar Association. She is a past President of the Alumni Board of Directors of Western New England University School of Law. Attorney Megliola often mentors students at Western New England University School of Law and participates in speaking engagements at the University.

Attorney Megliola has been an associate of Siddall & Siddall, P.C. since being admitted to the bar of Massachusetts. Prior to her bar admission, she worked as a paralegal and, prior to that, as a sales manager for a Fortune 500 company.
