Michael R. SiddallMichael R. Siddall, the firm’s founding partner, concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, business transactions, estate planning and administration and municipal law. Attorney Siddall has significant experience, and possesses a broad range of knowledge and skills in, representing institutional, corporate and individual clients in connection with all forms of financial and business transactions. He has litigated tax title matters in the Massachusetts Land Court, the Massachusetts Superior Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. In addition, Attorney Siddall represents corporate and municipal clients in real estate matters and asset acquisitions and divestures.

Professional Activities

Attorney Michael R. Siddall is a member of the Hampden County Bar Association, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Estate Planning Council of Hampden County, Inc. He is the past President of the Real Estate Section of the Hampden County Bar Association. He is also an Executive Committee member and Director of Sunshine Village, Inc. He is a former Executive Committee member and Director of Holyoke·Chicopee·Springfield Head Start, Inc., a former Director of Elder Care Initiatives, Inc. and a former Executive Committee member of the Saint Anselm College Alumni Council. He is also a former member of the Town of South Hadley Appropriations Committee, a former Director of the South Hadley Council on Aging, a former Commissioner of the South Hadley Housing Authority and a former instructor for the Greater Springfield Association of Realtors, Inc. and Holyoke Community College. Attorney Siddall is a 2011 recipient of the St. Thomas More Award.

Prior to forming Siddall & Siddall, P.C., Attorney Michael R. Siddall was a partner with Annino, Draper & Moore, P.C. Prior to that, he was an associate with Murphy, McCoubrey & Auth. During law school, he served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Rudolph A. Sacco in the Hampden County Probate and Family Court. Prior to law school, Attorney Siddall served as a Congressional Intern to Congresswoman Margaret M. Heckler in Washington, D.C.
